How should I take care of my jewellery?
The jewellery is usually made of 925 sterling silver and some is plated with 18 carat gold. Through contact with clothing, hard surfaces, sweat, perfume and other environmental influences, the surface coating can gradually loosen. In general, all matt surfaces get more shine via friction and all glossy surfaces become matt over time.
Jewellery should be stored in a place free from moisture and vapours to reduce the risk of tarnishing. It is also advisable to remove your jewelry when showering, washing and sleeping. If possible, avoid contact with soap, perfume, make-up and hair spray, which can damage the finish of the surface.
How long does the shipping take?
All jewelry is handmade to order. Some pieces are made only after your order is received - please allow a 1-3 week window for your delivery, depending on stock level and effort. I will try to ship your pieces as soon as possible. If your order needs to be delivered by a certain date, please send me an email and I will do my best to accommodate your request. The customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery.
How do custom orders work?
For special occasions, the designer also manufactures individual pieces, such as wedding rings, engagement rings and other similar needs. If you are interested, an appointment can be made to discuss details and specific requests.
